WHO WE ARE

Krillionaire is run by Invested Inc (“we”). By playing, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game.

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

Krillionaire is a game, made for entertainment. Nothing in it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. A stock, fund or company that appears in a prompt or an answer is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold it.

Market data in the game is “as of” a date and may be out of date or wrong. Don’t use it to make investment decisions.

PLAY FAIR

When you use Krillionaire, you agree not to:

• use bots, scripts or other automation to play or to submit answers;
• scrape or copy the prompts, answer sets or other content in bulk;
• attack, overload or try to break into the service, or get around its limits;
• interfere with other players’ use of the game.

We may block access, or remove scores, for anyone who breaks these rules.

OUR CONTENT AND YOUR SCORES

The game, its prompts, answer sets, tiers, art, sound and text belong to Invested Inc. You may share your results and screenshots of the game.

We sometimes fix answer sets after a game is played, for example to add a missing answer. When we do, we may re-calculate scores, percentiles and streaks.

YOUR SUGGESTIONS

If you send us a suggestion, a report or other feedback, we may use it freely, without paying you or giving you credit.

THE SERVICE “AS IS”

We provide Krillionaire “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise that the game will always be available, free of errors, or that its data is correct.

We may change, pause or stop the game, or any part of it, at any time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent the law allows, Invested Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or investments, that comes from your use of Krillionaire. Our total liability for any claim about the game is limited to US$50.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE] — to be confirmed, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

CHANGES AND CONTACT
